The staff here is absolutely wonderful—so friendly and helpful! That’s really what makes Travelodge special. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the dinner was; we had pasta and half a chicken, and it was fantastic! Plus, the location is super convenient, close to everything you need. Just a little heads up: because of the wild animals around, walking isn't really an option, so you'll want to take a taxi or drive instead.

The location is close to the airport. My room was standard but spacious, the bed large and comfortable, the air conditioning cool and the bathroom spacious. The pool was very attractive to look at, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it (because I was on business). The conference room and the chairs in general were also comfortable. Most of the staff were very attentive and ready to help.

The breakfast was perfect and included a variety of selections from fruits, vegetables, bacon, eggs and many more. I loved that you can choose how you prefer the eggs and the chef will prepare to once preferences

We visited Kasane for 4 nights to do some safaris in Chobe National Park. The Travelodge was a great choice for us as it was a reasonable price while also being less than 5 minutes from the entry to the national park. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed a drink by the pool most nights. We stayed in a family room which had great space for the kids upstairs and us downstairs (plus two bathrooms!).

WOW! My 10 rating goes straight to the staff of this Lodge. They were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was to much for them. We could even hand in laundry before we checked in, our rooms were moved to accommodate us. The rooms were immaculate. Safe secure parking and we had a lovely inhouse dinner and delicious breakfast. We will be back, for sure. Thank you.

The reception of the employees , Andina, Katlego, Eric, Winnie, Kgomotso with Andina at the top as she made arrangements for my birthday surprise. But generally all the staff members were superb. The only challenge was the first day but things were rectified. The swimming pool was under renovation and we appreciated the apology.

This is a large, modern, and well-equipped hotel—ideal for a convenient stopover when visiting Victoria Falls. The staff is professional, the food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. While the hotel feels more tailored for conferences and symposiums than for a cozy retreat, a resident family of mongooses under the poolside terrace adds a charming touch of nature and reminds you that the wild is never far away.

the breakfast was good, unfortunatelly the bufet was not good. people fillled take away containers with food, so by the time we could not get all of the bufet. the chef just ignored any request for the missing food. even on the salad side, bowls were empty, never got filled up again. even that was requested just got ignored. the custard jar was empty, that got ignored as well. so to pay that amount for food and there was nothing, was bad
